KFSA is dedicated to providing high quality risk management services
to its customers. These services not only include effective risk
financing options but also effective risk control services. We go
beyond just letting our customers know what rules the government has
adopted - we help them comply with these rules. Our staff has developed
many safety programs including emergency training for petroleum employees.
In addition to safety program development, we have also developed many
checklists to assist safety directors and managers: Emergency action plan
checklist, driver qualification checklist and grain elevator checklist to
give you a few examples of items that are available to our insured accounts.
Various forms have also been developed to make compliance with federal laws
easier as well. Anhydrous ammonia, gasoline, diesel fuel and propane shipping
papers are all available to our insured accounts. We also have developed other
forms such as employee roster forms and various permits to help our customers.
We rely on various organizations and regulatory web sites to help us serve our
customers effectively. Many of these sites are available in our links section
of this web site. OSHA, EPA, DOT and the Kansas Department of Agriculture are
included in the list of sites you may want to review. There are other sites that
may also be of assistance to you.
One area we have spent the greatest amount of time on is the training programs
that will be available to you on-line. This form of training will be available
to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a charge for going through this
program. However, we feel this program will be well worth the time for your
employees. Once they have completed the training program, a test will be given
to document the training and both your company and our company will have a record
of the test. We are very excited about this training and you can click the button
below to get into this program.
We are here to support all of our accounts and this is why we have the Safety
Director Newsletter and the video library to help you. Please feel free to use
these valuable tools to enhance your efforts in the areas of safety and compliance.
