Shirley Wichert, CIC, CISR Customer Service Agent Shirley Wichert is a customer service agent in KFSA's insurance department. A Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Insurance Service Representative, she has been with KFSA since 1976. Shirley was born and raised on a farm near Buhler, Kan., and also graduated from high school there. She attended Hutchinson Community College and Florida Bible College, and received a degree in education, then taught first grade in Georgia. After she came to KFSA, Shirley returned to school and received a bachelor's degree in business management from McPherson College. Her personal interests include crafts, reading and flower gardening.
