Employees Sara Kepley, SPHR Vice President, Human Resource Services ProValue, LLC Sara Kepley is a vice president of human resource services with ProValue, LLC. She provides human resource compliance consultation and recommendation services, as well as employee training for ProValue and more than fourteen companies in the Midwest. She has been affiliated with KFSA since 2005. Kepley received her bachelor's degree in human resource development from Southwestern College in Winfield, Kan. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Wichita Chapter, and the Wichita Chamber of Commerce Workforce 2010 group. She currently serves on the Legislative Committee for Wichita Society of Human Resource Management. She received her Senior Professional Human Resources designation through the Human Resource Certification Institute and her Certified Volunteer Administration designation through the International Association of Volunteer Administrators.
