Employees Sara Kepley, SPHR Chief Human Resource Officer ProValue, LLC Sara Kepley joined ProValue, LLC in November of 2007. Prior to joining ProValue she worked for Human Resource Alliance, LLC as a shared service Human Resource Consultant for a group of fourteen agriculturally focused companies in South Central and South Eastern Kansas. As Chief Human Resource Officer for ProValue, LLC, Kepley manages the company’s human resource consultation programs and services. She also works hands-on with clients assuring that they have workable human resource solutions from talent acquisition and retention, to appropriate and legal human resource policy and practices. Born and raised in Kansas, Kepley has a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Southwestern College, Winfield, KS and is currently pursuing her MBA at Wichita State University.
