Bringing 36 years of experience in insurance production with him, Richard "Dick" Feldman is KFSA’s livestock and feed yard agent in Topeka, Kansas.

KFSA purchased the feedlot book of business he wrote with Insurance Management Associates (IMA) in May of 2009. Feldman will continue to service this book for KFSA from his office in Topeka in coordination with our other Commercial Accounts Managers.

Feldman has been a Topeka resident since 1954, graduating from Topeka High School in 1967 and Washburn University in 1971. His insurance designations include CIC and CPIA. Feldman has been married to Beth for 22 years. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and gardening.
