Patti Thielen joined Elliott Insurance Management in August 2008 as a customer service representative. She produces new business and services existing business in the personal lines department.

A native of Lyons, Thielen graduated with an associate’s degree from Fort Hays State University. She has been in the insurance business for ten years and is licensed in property and casualty and life and health insurance.

Thielen began her insurance career by working at the corporate office of a national insurance company in Bloomington, Ill. In 2001 she returned to Kansas, transferring to the company’s local claims office here in Hutchinson.

She and her husband, Tim, have two children. Her personal interests include shopping, going to the beach, and attending her kid’s activities and sporting events.
