Patti Thielen joined KFSA in August 2008 as a customer service representative at the Elliott branch. She produces new business and services existing business in the personal lines department.

A native of Lyons, Patti graduated with an associate's degree from Fort Hays State University. She has been in the insurance business for over ten years and is licensed in property and casualty and life and health insurance. Patti began her insurance career by working at the corporate office of a national insurance company in Bloomington, IL. In 2000, she returned to Kansas, transferring to the company's local claims office here in Hutchinson. In 2009, she earned the Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) designation.

Patti has two children and enjoys shopping, going to the beach, and attending her kid's activities and sporting events.
