Employees Lana Ballard Legal Secretary A legal secretary in KFSA's legal department, Ballard provides support to Attorney Terry Bertholf. She assists with such things as mergers and acquisitions, collection services, buy/sell agreements and other contracts. Ballard was born in Larned and grew up in Hutchinson, Kan. In her early childhood, she spent time on her grandfather's farm in western Kansas. She received a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Kansas State University. She came to KFSA in 1975. For the first eight years, she worked in the insurance department. During this time, she received her Kansas property and casualty insurance agent license. Ballard and her husband, Rick, have a son and daughter-in-law and a grandson. Her personal interests include spending time with her family and following K-State sports. Click to Contact
