Employees Jim Warner Senior Consultant - Human Resources ProValue, LLC Jim Warner is a retired U.S. Army officer with over 29 years of professional experience in human resource management, training and employee relations. In addition to his military service, Jim worked for the USDA, Soil Conservation Service at Ft. Cobb, Oklahoma for five years and as City Manager for Cherokee and Hominy, Oklahoma. Prior to joining the ProValue team in 2008, Jim served as the Manager of Administration for the Triangle Company for eight years. At ProValue, Jim regularly assists businesses in creating comprehensive human resource systems, policies, practices and management training programs.
