Drusilla Kroeker, AU, CIC Customer Service Agent Drusilla Kroeker is a customer service agent in KFSA's insurance department. In this role, she serves customers with their insurance needs and works with KFSA field personnel on new business and renewal submissions. Born in Newton and raised in McPherson, Kan., Kroeker graduated from McPherson High School and Brown Mackie College in Salina. She has been with KFSA since 1999. Before joining KFSA, she worked for an insurance company and spent most of her time in farm underwriting and as a farm department supervisor. She also has worked as a personal lines agent for a local independent insurance agency. Kroeker has received professional designations as an Associate in Underwriting and a Certified Insurance Counselor. She enjoys bowling, playing pool and spending time with her daughter.
