Courtney Crawford Customer Service Agent KFSA / Elliott Insurance Management As one of KFSA's newest employees, Courtney began in November 2010 as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at the Elliott branch. Her duties involve quoting commercial lines policies and serving customer’s insurance needs. Born in Hays, she grew up in Hutchinson, graduating from Buhler High School in 2007. From there, she went on to receive an Associates of Arts degree from Hutchinson Community College and a Bachelors degree in Marketing, with a minor in Business Management, from Wichita State University in December 2010. Courtney married Donnie Crawford in May 2009, and they are soon to be parents of their first child. In her spare time, she loves to shop, going to the lake, and spending time with family and friends.
