Cinda Abney, CISR Customer Service Agent Cinda Abney is a customer service agent in KFSA's insurance department. In this role, she serves customers with their property and casualty insurance needs, and works with field personnel on renewals and new business submissions. Abney was born in Attica, Kan., and spent many summers there at her grandparents' farm. She grew up and graduated from high school in Newton, then moved to Hutchinson in 1986. She and her husband, Jeff, a mail carrier, have one son who works and resides in Kansas City. Before she came to KFSA in 1999, Abney worked for a local independent insurance agency. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative. Her personal interests are spending time with family, shopping, traveling and sports -- especially baseball, and especially the New York Yankees.
