Bonnie Swenson, CISR Group Benefits Customer Service Agent Bonnie Swenson is KFSA's group benefits customer service agent. In this role, she administers the agency's basic group life, supplemental life and long-term disability plans. She also handles directors travel accident, directors and officers liability, grain in transit and occupational accident. Swenson was raised west of Hutchinson, Kan., graduating from Nickerson High School in 1974 and Hutchinson Community Jr. College in 1976. Swenson began working at KFSA in 1977 as a customer service agent in the property and casualty department. She has been a Certified Insurance Service Representative since 1989. Her son and daughter are married and live in the area. She serves as a church deacon and is on the support committee for Hutchinson's Mennonite Voluntary Service Unit. Swenson enjoys scrapbooking, yard work, reading, traveling and cheering on the Hutch High football and the Bethel College football and basketball teams. Click to Contact
